Super sad to have to post this, but due to illness we’re going to have to postpone tonight’s anniversary party at The Solution. Details on the rescheduled date coming soon!

That said, don’t miss a special @SoWhatClub pop-up with @DJGuyK & @DeejayLove3003 at @FtGreenBar tonight in our place. Still top notch music, still featuring a @LaLasBakeryDenver pop-up with treats, still a good time if you’re looking to get out and dance tonight - huge shouts to So What! on the assist.

Back in 2007, @djlowkey and Sounds Supreme started

Back in 2007, @djlowkey and Sounds Supreme started a weekly Friday night party they wanted to go to. Hard to imagine but back in 2007 there wasn’t really too many places you could go in Denver to listen to quality Hip-Hop and hang with like minded music lovers. In fact alot of venues wouldn’t let DJs play Hip-Hop. I was lucky enough to join the party right around the 4 year anniversary mark, which at the time seemed like such an achievement to get to 4 years! Throughout the last 16 years @denversolution has thrown so many countless events, experiences, and built community. I know many of you have a photo on social media with “The Solution” watermark or been 📸 by @armando_geneyro or @djguyk. We’ve had so many magical moments like surprising everyone at our holiday party with appearances by Phonte, bringing out artists like Sir & Anderson Paak before anyone knew who they were, or my favorite of having Mac Miller unable to get in because he was underage. People have short term memory sometimes but that’s ok because we are still just getting started. Hope to see all of you Saturday to celebrate @denversolution at @ftgreenebar ! LA photo dump. Great times. Was able to take my mom to Koreatown which was a great experience. Thanks to the homies for hooking up things to make the trip special @djlowkey @crlcrrll @debzkins . Great to see again / meet people in real life (should have took more photos) @gjerrus @og_chino @djivy @djmorsecode @deejay_sbr @destinyshynelle @inka_one @mr.raw88 and more. So many more that I should have took pictures with and that I’m forgetting.
