Earlier this year I made a tribute mixtape to Easy Mo Bee and I never really got around to putting it out online. Before I release it, I thought I would upload some snippets to Soundcloud to preview the tape. The tribute tape includes tracks produced by legendary producer Easy Mo Bee. I always felt like his name is often left out when talking about the greats. This is a guy who produced for both Pac and Biggie (even a Jay-Z feature). He also made a whole album with Miles Davis!!! Other credits include production for Lost Boyz, Busta Rhymes, Heavy D, LL Cool J, Craig Mack, Doug E Fresh, Chubb Rock, and more. The mixtape features his production, the samples he flipped, and more gems. This is one of my all time favorite tracks from the Thug Life album and includes edits with the sample that was flipped.
